Returns and Exchanges Policy
We cannot offer returns on any purchases, but we are happy to offer either exchanges on an item or store credit for the same value of the product(s) originally purchased.
Exchanges or store credits can be issued within 15 days of your order delivery. To initiate an exchange or store credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items back to our facility for exchanges and store credits. Customers are also responsible for printing out their shipping label. If your exchange or store credit is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items will be inspected on return. If the item(s) is shipped back are damaged, altered, stained, or have a distinct odor, store credit or exchanges won't be issued.
We cannot make refunds due to incorrect choice or fit, color or style; however, we will happily exchange the size for you or authorize a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Intimates, such as bikini bottoms and leotards are exempt from being returned due to sanitary reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or store credit on sale items or gift cards.
